Helping others is all in a days work. This is a place where your work ethic and concern for others can make a real impact. Take your career to a better state.
There are more State Farm employees working in Claims than any other part of the Company. We have employees located across the United States, but we are growing the most in Phoenix, Atlanta, Dallas and Tacoma, WA.
If you like the vibe of a fast-paced, highly structured team environment, our larger hubs bring together Initial Loss Reporting (ILR) and Auto Express Claims, along with other Claims functions such as Life/Health Claims. This is demanding, yet rewarding work that requires strong computer multi-tasking and work schedule flexibility. Licensing is required for some positions. Bilingual opportunities are available.
If youre a strong problem solver and communicator who can deliver remarkable customer service over the phone, search jobs by your state of interest and apply online today!
Field, On-Site, Mobile
Are you a more hands-on person who doesnt require the structure of a normal day at the office? There are lots of flexible ways we serve our customers anytime, anywhere from traditional office environments to mobile workers.
For example, State Farm Catastrophe Services® field employees are deployed at a moments notice to a wide variety of work environments when catastrophe losses occur. Catastrophe Services is more than a job. Its a way of life, at the right time, for the right people.
