What is it like?

Customer service environments are highly structured and designed for high volume, with shared work spaces. Workflows and performance measures are closely monitored. Positions involve possible shift work, including nights, weekends and holidays.


What does it take?

Customer service roles require strong relationship-building, listening and communication skills, and extensive multitasking abilities with phone and computer. Some positions require licensing. Others require bilingual (Spanish) fluency.
