The Quote & Bind department partners with agents giving customers a way to shop State Farm round-the-clock. The Quote & Bind Sales Representative role is designed to quote and bind insurance for customers and potential customers. Inbound call Sales Reps work with individuals who have tried contacting an agent’s office after hours, utilized State Farm’s 1-800 phone number, or have reached out to us via Outbound Sales Reps contact current and potential customers to discuss our products/services and to quote and sell those products. Quote & Bind professionals are like virtual members of an agent’s team who are licensed and fully-trained to sell and quote business throughout the U.S. Quote & Bind reps take time to educate customers so they can make good insurance decisions based on their needs. This helps customers better manage risks of everyday life and recover from unexpected circumstances.

State Farm Bank provides banking products and services through State Farm agents, by mail, by phone and online. Products include vehicle loans, mortgage and home equity loans, business loans, credit cards, checking and savings accounts, certificates of deposit, and IRAs, among others.

Bank Response Center representatives located in Illinois and Texas play a key role in assisting State Farm Bank customers over the phone, with the extensive support of Company computer systems. This career includes written and verbal communication with customers, agents, and employees. As a Bank Response Center representative, you handle balance and interest rate inquiries, general account services, and new account openings. You also provide information on State Farm Bank products and procedures.

State Farm Payment Plan (SFPP) 3:54

SFPP provides flexible billing and payment options for our customers. SFPP representatives in our customers care centers handle customer calls and other billing-related services.

The State Farm Payment Plan (SFPP) provides flexible billing and payment options for our customers. SFPP is a call center environment which includes (but not limited to) inbound calls and other billing-related work items. SFPP employees in Aurora, Birmingham, Bloomington, Jacksonville, and Murfreesboro assist our agents and policyholders by providing billing and payment support in a structured and production-driven environment.

SFPP job responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal
    and external customers
  • Responding verbally and in writing to inquiries from
    policyholders, agents, stakeholders, and various State
    Farm departments
  • Performing routine and complex account maintenance
    through the use of multitasking and analytical skills

Insurance Support Center (ISC)

Three locations + three departments = quality service.

The Insurance Support Center (ISC) consists of three departments across three locations (Atlanta, Dallas, and Phoenix*). Each department handles multiple functions designed to deliver quality service for our customers:

  • Payment Center
    The Payment Centers process electronic and paper insurance premium payments, which include banking the funds and updating policy records. In addition, they perform other payment related processes including credit card refunds, claim recoveries and bank account reconciliations. Payment Centers are located in Atlanta and Dallas.
  • Printing, Inserting, and Mailing (PIM)
    Printing, Inserting, and Mailing operations print and mail hundreds of thousands of policyholder premium notices and policy information daily.
  • Support Center
    The Support Center functions as a technical solution center that provides support to more than 100,000 State Farm associates located in operations centers, claim offices, agents' offices, agency field offices, CRCs, Corporate Headquarters, and the three ISC sites. The 3 ISC Support Centers are located in Atlanta, GA, Irving, TX and Tempe, AZ.
  • *All departments are not present in each location.
