A defined contribution plan offers tax-advantaged savings opportunities. State Farm makes a yearly contribution to this plan for eligible participants and provides a match each year, depending on profits and board of directors' approval.

Reimbursement (up to certain dollar limits) is available for eligible adoption expenses. In addition, you may take up to four (4) weeks of Paid Adoption Leave for bonding or activities surrounding bringing a child into your home.
