Application Technical Help

If you have had problems loading the application, try clearing your Temporary Internet Files:


Internet Explorer

  • Windows operating system
    • Click Tools on the menu bar
    • Click Internet Options
    • In the General tab, click Delete under Browsing History
    • Click Delete Files under Temporary Internet Files

Firefox

  • Macintosh operating system
    • Click Tools on the menu bar
    • Click Clear Recent History
    • Select “Everything” in the drop‐down box
    • Click Clear Now
  • Windows operating system
    • Click Tools on the menu bar
    • Click Clear Recent History
    • Click Clear Now

Google Chrome

  • Windows operating system
    • Go to the wrench in the upper right‐hand corner
    • Click Options
    • Click the Under the Hood tab
    • Clear Browsing Data
    • Check all check boxes
    • Click Clear Browsing Data

Safari

  • Macintosh operating system
    • Click Safari on the menu bar
    • Click Empty Cache
    • Click Empty
  • Windows operating system
    • Click History
    • Click Clear All History
