Debbie: It's not just about the money
You can’t do it all by yourself.
You know, when I started there were 12 products that we had to offer and I think it’s somewhere over 100 that we have available now.
You have to have people that you can count on, people you know are going to be there for your clients, for you.
They’re family. Yeah.
We like to have fun. You know it’s a nice balance because we work hard. There’s not one of my team members that doesn’t work extremely hard and give me 110 percent. But I give them 110 back, and every now and then we back up and have some fun.
I want to be able to mentor and help people become agents – and quality people, not just anyone.
I want to see people that care about individuals, that aren’t in it just for the money. Because you can make a lot of money in this business – but it’s not just about the money.
You don’t have anything if you don’t have relationships with clients.
They can get insurance anyplace. If you’ve got a relationship, that’s valuable to them, because they need somebody that they can count on.
