Nora: I learned to always do the right thing

I learned a long time ago, when I went to work for State Farm, they always told us to do the right thing for the client. Always do the right thing.

And it really served us well after we had to go through the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

My clients are the biggest advocates for State Farm because they will tell you that State Farm was there for them.

They took care of them. They really treated them fairly, and they were very kind in doing so. It was just a great experience.

You could work for any company, but why would you when you can work for the biggest and the best?

It’s one thing to be the biggest – but to be the biggest and the best?
They really understand that they’re impacting people’s lives.
